Change of Date: If you need to amend your travel dates, 1 change in dates can be done at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 10 days prior to the original arrival date and is subject to availability for the newly requested dates. Please note that the final decision is at the discretion of the Hotel.
Payment: 100% of the payment amount will be required to be paid at the time of booking.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All bookings can be cancelled and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of AVcredits, provided it is done strictly 10 days prior to check-in date; 50% refund in the form of AVcredits, provided it is done strictly 7 days prior to check-in date. Post that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible with a 3.5% transaction charge.
Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.
Weekend Rates: Weekend rates are applicable as mentioned.
Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge mentioned in the extra person policy.
Child Policy: One child under the age of 5 years may stay free of charge in existing bedding. A child between 5 and 13 years may stay at a surcharge of Rs. 750. The package cannot be split. Offer is only available for stays on consecutive nights. Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the Hotel.
